My academic inquiries are situated within the sociology and philosophy of education. I use qualitative methods to examine the structural realities of learning, focusing on decolonisation, democratisation, and critical pedagogy. By investigating how neo-colonialism and social capital operate within higher education, I attempt to map the mechanisms of inequality and advocate for equitable educational environments.
